The workspace tour
Where everything lives — the Project Map, the chat, the right panel, Collections, and the Inbox.
A quick map of the app. Each surface gets a paragraph here and a page of its own to follow.
The Project Map
Your command center. Area pills along the top — the same taxonomy the Atlas maintains — filter three buckets: filed plans, in-flight threads, and shipped work, plus an archived count. Plans that are ready to go show a one-click Build, so the map is where work starts as well as where you watch it.
The chat
Where you work with a thread's lead agent. The composer carries a model picker (see Models & Auto mode), image attachments, queued messages, and a per-thread draft so a half-written message survives you switching away. A Visual proof button asks for a screenshot or recording of the result — see video proof. A +person control pings a teammate without running the agent. Plan cards render inline in the conversation; Plans & the Build button covers what's on them.
The right panel
The thread's live workspace, alongside the conversation:
- The Code tab — a branch-aware file tree and diffs for the thread's sandbox.
- The Git tab — the branch graph; click any commit for its diff. Both are covered in Git, diffs & Commit Thread.
- The terminal, the streamed desktop, and dev-server logs — the live surfaces described in Desktop, terminal & logs.
Collections
Every durable document in one place: knowledge entries, plans, and the collections your automations maintain. Each is versioned and attributable — see Collections & history.
The Inbox
One queue of everything waiting on you: proposed documents, merge suggestions, and flagged contradictions. The Inbox & proposals explains what lands there and what your yes does.
Automations
Each standing loop with its run history and health, so you can see what a background agent did and when. Start at Automations, then Built-in loops.
